Teclast is reportedly working on their new portable media player called the T51. This new device is said to have a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen, an 8GB/16GB of storage, a memory card slot, a good user interface with dynamic scrolling and a good battery life. But wait that’s not all, the T51 will also have the new Rockchip RK2806 chip at its core, capable of supporting HD video playback (1280 x 720) and supporting 720p AVI, H.264 (MKV) and RMVB, and two Wolfson WM8740 audio chips in both left and right audio channels, for a maximum of 120dB per channel and increased audio isolation. No word on pricing yet, but the first prototype will out within the next few weeks and mass production within 4 - 8 weeks time.
